Design Service
Our design service is best suited to clients who seek to refurbish their cloakroom, bathroom or ensuite.
Before committing to our design service we ask that you first pop into store, so we can meet you, show you the kind of brands and products we work with, and explain a bit more about the way in which we work. If you like what we do, we ask for
- Measurements of your room/rooms. These do not need to be to scale but need to be fairly accurate this would include door and window locations and the sizes of both. If unable to measure, we would recommend getting your fitter to get these measurements for you.
- Photographs of the existing bathroom is a massive help to allow us to see of any potential problems with what we are planning and how best to get around them
- Budget ( we need to know what you budget is so we can best select items to keep within your limits)
- We will contact you frequently to keep you updated with design and we will also keep your fitter up to date with the design so they can tell us of any of their requirements as well
- On average from order to delivery we can take anything from 24 hours up to 2 weeks depends on what suppliers we order from.
What Happens Next
If you are happy with the design and quote, we then require 60% deposit or full payment of order value (whichever suits you best) in order to proceed to order the goods. If you opt to pay the 60% deposit the remaining balance will be due a week before delivery, we will call you to arrange this prior to any deliveries being made.
